The only reason we were able to acquire it was that, with their financial crisis, they closed the operations this machine came from, along with a high-precision Huron MU-6 milling machine and our 3 Cazeneuve high-precision toolroom engine lathes. With its 10 HP spindle and heavy, large-surface bedways, you can expect to maintain good accuracy for many years, thanks to the reliability built in by this long-respected Taiwanese classic machine builder. Today KAFO mainly builds high-precision, heavy, double-column CNC multi-axis milling machines, but this machine's reputation shows the same quality design and build engineering.
